Hollard announces latest cohort for Aspire Leaders Program

21 Oct 2025

Hollard is proud to announce the third intake of the Aspire Program, with 26 women named today as the next cohort. Since the program commenced there has been more than 70 female participants involved with the initiative.

Launched in 2021 together with Steadfast Group and supported by the Australian Graduate School of Management (part of UNSW), Aspire has quickly established itself as the pre-eminent leadership development initiative for women in the insurance broking industry.

"At Hollard we believe in the power of strong leadership and are proud to continue investing in programs that elevate women across our industry. Aspire is more than a leadership program; it's a platform for lasting change and a pipeline for future leaders," said Suzi Leung, Chief Commercial Officer at Hollard Insurance.

Steadfast Group Chief Executive Officer Robert Kelly AM said, “Supporting and encouraging women to pursue leadership in our industry is something we take seriously. The Aspire Program has been a successful avenue for our female brokers to gain confidence and skills to take the next step in their insurance broking careers.”

The third intake will kick off in November, with the 12-month program designed to equip participants with leadership capabilities, technical skill-building and strategic business acumen, in addition to enduring networks as they grow their careers.
