If you have been the victim of a scam, only notify us about the scam after you have followed Scamwatch’s advice on What to do if you’ve been scammed.

Our notification form below can be used to inform us of any suspicious activity related to your insurance with us 

Before you start the form, make sure you have the following information available: 

• Who contacted you  
• When you were contacted  
• How you were contacted 
• Any screenshots or other information about the scam.
