  • Community Leave: Hollard offers all permanent employees the opportunity to take one day, or part thereof, per year of paid Community Leave. The objective of the Community Leave Day is to provide employees the opportunity to volunteer time to any registered charitable or community organisation and in doing so, allow employees to contribute to the social responsibility of Hollard.
