The Directors of HFS bring with them a breadth and depth of industry knowledge from around the world.

Richard Enthoven - Chairman

Richard Enthoven is the Managing Director of The Hollard Insurance Company Pty Ltd. Richard started his career with American International Group as Regional Underwriting Assistant for South America. From 1996 to 1998 he was a Project Manager for United Financial Casualty Company and then Project Manager for IVM Holdings, Inc. In 1999 Richard moved to Sydney and established Hollard Insurance in Australia.
 

Andrew Hume - Managing Director

Andrew Hume joined Hollard Financial Services in 2011 and has over 15 years in leadership positions within the Australian direct marketing industry. Andrew’s strengths lie in direct response strategy and execution and the design and deployment of multi-media customer contact centres (phone, email, SMS, and web) that optimise customer experience and sales success. Before joining HFS, Andrew was CEO of Australia's largest outsourced call centre business, Salmat Customer Contact Solutions (previously SalesForce). Andrew oversaw the growth of that business into Australia’s largest outsourced contact centre provider with over 5000 sales and customer service professionals employed across 4 countries and an extended service offering that included learning and development solutions, IVR and speech recognition technology. Andrew's experience also includes time as the General Manager of direct response advertising specialists RappCollins Worldwide in Melbourne as well as direct marketing positions at both Colonial and HBA. Andrew holds an MBA from the Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Business, Marketing degree from Monash University.
 

Roger Grobler - Non-Executive Director

Roger Grobler started with Hollard in 1996 as an Actuarial Analyst. He was then promoted to General Manager of the Motor Insurance division. In 1999 Roger helped to set up Hollard in Australia. While Hollard Australia grew its roots, Roger moved to FirstRand Bank as Project Leader and Transactor and later to SA Banking Council as Task Team Leader. In 2004 Roger came back to Sydney to rejoin Hollard as the Director of Operations for Australia. Roger holds Honours Bachelor degrees in Insurance Sciences and Actuarial Sciences as well as a Master of Commerce degree in Actuarial Science. He became a CFA Charterholder (Chartered Financial Analyst) in 2001 (an accreditation awarded by the CFA Institute).
